The UV Index provides a daily and hourly forecast of the expected intensity of ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. Some exposure to sunlight is enjoyable. However, too much sun can be dangerous. Overexposure to the sun's ultraviolet radiation can cause immediate damage, such as sunburn, and long-term problems, such as skin cancer and cataracts.

The most important thing is that it provides accurate info, and out does. It could be a little easier to jump to hourly vs full day and a widget would be nice, but otherwise gets the job done.

It would be nice to have a widget to show the UV index on the phone main screen, having to load the app all the time is getting old!!!

Good app but could not get forecast. Seems to be accurate and simple.

Every time I try to open it it gives me the option to Force Close or send a Report. That's it.

A once useful app has completely quit working. I tried an uninstall/reinstall. Nothing. A 5 star rating down to one star.

I am amazed the last uv exposure app I got only supported 1 city in 300 miles of where I live. This app actually had info for my town!
