VirtuaGym Fitness Home & Gym is a useful application that helps you stay fit by proposing a list of workouts and exercises to do during the day.
You can choose to do a Workout and then a list will appear with some of them (more if you join) with information about the duration and the level (newbie, beginner, advanced). Once you click on one, there are several exercises with a tutorial video in 3D and the time counter. The Workouts are divided into Morning, Home and Gym (with additional materials). In settings, you can turn on the tick tock sound, the countdown and the motivation voices, as welll as set a restperiod between sets and exercises.
This fitness application developed by VirtuaGym would be even better if it included more exercises and options, but it's pretty good right now and it helps you be fit and do workouts in spite of your busy life.
