GYM is an app for your training management. It's very simple and easy to use.
The main features are the following:

How to use GYM
There are four main choices:
"NEW"
- create a new training
- you can add other exercise in a second moment too
"LOAD"
- assign an icon that represent your training
- change training name
- export training
- remove training
- Select training
- check the current stats
- max weight
- mean weight
- total weight (energy balance)
- total number of repetitions
- add exercise to your training
- remove exercise from your training
- save training stats
- timer
- select exercise from training
- assign rep/weight
- rate exercise
- save exercise stats
- view exercise stats
- save notes

- view statistics training
