500+ weight lifting and cardio exercises. Create custom exercises with pictures and text. Add custom gym equipment. Filter by difficulty, equipment, body area such as legs or arms and by muscle name such as abs, core, biceps, chest, shoulders, glutes and calves.

17 example routines are included focusing on beginners, intermediate muscle building, core, strength training, and travel.     I would give this app 4 stars if it allowed you to track other health indicators like weight, and if distance measurements for cardio exercise came in miles/kilometers etc instead of just generic numerical values. I would give it 5 if it allowed you to also track diet so I didn't have to have a separate app for that. Great interface, great for inputting workout details... hopefully more features

    Lot's of attention to detail, love the way it handles timers. Some issues with crashing on my Nexus 5.

    I've actually paid for more than one app to use at the gym. This is my favorite of them all. Granted I'd like to see a few changes but... love it. Thanks guys.
