    I started this today after looking up information about it. Plus it would not hurt since I weigh in at 203 . Im full from the cabbage and water. I see it as a detox.

    Seems like another crazy 'get fit quick' scheme... surely you would go on a mad binge once the diet is over and your body would go into overdrive and store the calories... was looking forward to this app but found it to be a massive let down...
