    Hi! Its my first day, im wonder how much cabbage do i hv to put in a salad and if i cn change the rye bread into wheat bread? Or i just stick into hving coffee evry morning? And Do i hv to exercise for this to be effective? Hope for ur reply:-) thanks ...

    Any chance for a vegan version? If the diet has to be strictly followed without alternative ingredients, it is of no use for vegans or vegetarians. Looks good, but not for me.

    The recipes are good but with the rules stating "don't change or switch anything" it is disappointing that every day there is meat and fish. I am a vegetarian and eat neither so now what?

    I did not strictly follow the menu. like I eat one to two crackers when hunger strikes or adding a bit balsamic sauce in my salad or seasoning my chicken :p but still im losing 1lbs per day :) together with a daily dose of cardio

    Is it possible to suggest replacements in the menu for vegetarians? otherwise seems good.
