Lift is a platform backed by a community of people who seek fulfilling resolutions

Stop coming up with future resolutions that are never ended. The best way to grow yourself is completing small real-life quests. Lift provides you with preset plants and community-proposed resolutions you can join and fulfill them in stages.

In fact, that's the added-value feature of Lift: it guides you step-by-step to goals' achievement while encouraging you to keep them on. Both automatic reminders and cheering messages from Lift community users will encourage you not to drop it.

Of course, you can do the same to others. Leave comments to their daily posts, prop them to keep it up. Follow those users and find friends that share your interests. Striving together to get goals make it much easier.

No matter what you want to learn/reach: fitness goals, better e-mail management, improve your writing skills or learn to play guitar. Whatever, in Lift you can find step-by-step plans and mates to share them with.

    Heard about this app on a running website listing the most helpful fitness apps and I didn't understand it at first. But I am so glad I installed because I have developed several good habits since using it. I love the reminders!

    "Joined" the pushup challenge. No to-do items, no idea how to figure out my workout for the day, all I see are the questions other people asked and a video on how to do a pushup. And a check button. For what? What workout was I supposed to do today to hit that button? Extremely non-intuitive user experience. No idea how this app intends to help me make anything a habit.     Looks as if it was designed for iOS and ported to Android (Negative) I also don't particularly like how you have to "join" a group in order to add a goal. I get the whole community thing, but there should be a standalone option as well.
