We now offer a tablet-friendly version of the MHBPSM Mobile app. Now you can use your tablet device to stay in touch with your health information. At anytime and from anywhere you can: view detailed claims information, check your current level of benefits usage, access your health plan ID card, search for network doctors and hospitals, update and share your personal health record, and so much more. Be sure to keep your app updated; we continue to add new features.


You can view, email or fax both sides of your member ID card to your health care provider. You can also view an authorized dependent’s member ID card.

From a single location you can store, view, update and share your health information. You can record and track information such as:

•Current medicines
•Allergy and immunizations information
•Surgery and procedure history
•Family history
•Emergency contacts

Check the status of your medical claims. View a detailed claims summary.

View your current balances and amount remaining for:

•Out-of-pocket maximums
•HRA/HSA/FSA accounts (if applicable)

Search for common health symptoms and conditions. Then, view health information that can help you seek treatment that may work for you.

In just a few easy steps, and without having to log in, you can be on your way to finding participating doctors and hospitals. Give some basic information such as your ZIP code (or use the GPS) and the search results will provide you with:

•Name and gender
•Specialty and hospital affiliation
•Phone number with direct dial access
•Maps with driving directions

Register from your tablet device or visit My Online Services from a computer at You must be a registered user to access personal health information. You only need to register once to use these tools. If you are a first-time user of our app, but already registered for My Online Services, you do not need to register again.

You must log in with your username and password. Please do not share your login information with anyone. You are in charge of your account. If you are the member/subscriber/primary account holder, you can access My Online Services account information for yourself or a covered dependent for which you are authorized. You must have the permission of dependents age 14 and older to access their information. You must use the correct username and password. If you are a covered dependent, be sure you have the account holder’s permission to access your account.

If you have trouble using the app, first make sure your login information is correct. You can also select “Need help ?” from the main menu. Help is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.     Completely impossible to log in. I have done it once with a lot of work and calling tech support but have never been able to again. Unless waste of my time to mess with it. My bank account is soo much easier and it is a huge worldwide bank that has been
