Our design is simple. You upload only your custom exercises to your exercise list.
Then when you want to record a workout, you can select an exercise from your list and add the workout details.
Some workout apps will bombard you with thousands of gym exercises you will never even use.
MMA Workout Tracker is built so that you upload your own personalized MMA exercises such as handstand pushups, tug o' war, Jiu Jitsu drills, tire flips, etc.
The MMA Workout Tracker app is synced with MMAWorkoutLog.com. So you can view all your app workouts on the website and vice-versa.
