Would you like to be able to perform a large number of pushups, sit-ups or any other strength-based exercise?
This is the all-in-one app that will help you reaching that goal!

You set your own goal of consecutive repetitions for any strength-based exercise and an automated workout schedule generator will create a workout program designed for your individual goal, based on your current level of fitness. Keep in mind that it is more difficult for a fit person to improve his/her physical capacity further compared to a beginner. So the more fit you tell the app that you are, the longer the generated schedule will be.

    Progression needs to either be less steep, or able to adapt if you cannot keep up with it.

    This is the only app I have kept on various devices, Because it ROCKS. Simple, Clean, Customizable, & most important is a realistic/challenging way to waste some time :-) I would like to ask the developer though, if we could be able to change colors for background and fonts. I love working out to Iron Maiden,and wanna match the album cover with the background of the exercise. Thanks for making thi

    The app is good, but the diary needs more work. If you didn't meet the goal, next time your today's result will be overwitten by the new one. If you fail a few times in a row, all of the failures will be lost in the log. Also it makes more sense to keep the exercise log by date performed, not by the week/day of the training program. Also a recalc of the plan should be offered if I seriously overpe
