MY ASICS is your complete solution for making sure you hit your goals -- track your runs in the app, and go even further by creating a training plan that is personalized for you. MY ASICS also understands that life isn’t predictable, so if you miss a day, or run faster or slower, the MY ASICS training plan will adjust to your needs.

MY ASICS marathon plans range in length from 12 to 33 weeks and you can train from two to four days a week. You can adjust the intensity and frequency of training as well as shape the plan to match your current running ability and fitness.

Free plans are available for marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km, 10 mile and 5 mile distances. Go beyond simply tracking your run — improve it. Are you in it for the long run?

INSTRUCTIONS
If you already have an existing MY ASICS account, simply log in to sync your current plan and recent runs to the app. If you are new to MY ASICS, sign up, create a custom plan on the “plan” tab, and start tracking your runs immediately.

It’s been a long time coming but based on everyone’s comments, we’re happy to announce that we’ve greatly improved the stability of the app. This version includes improved GPS tracking for location accuracy and run data precision. Likewise, this new version presents more robust run-saving to ensure that all your runs are properly saved.

    Doesn't save and sync my run data despite saying it has saved. Installing Strava and uninstalling this useless app.

    After latest update, the app keeps losing my logged runs (5 and counting). Both planned and ad-hoc runs. App also needs voice prompts badly.

    Firstly I thought all critic reviews were nonsense. Until i tried the app myself. And indeed, it keeps deleting run data after you ran. MyAsics is ok. But just dont use this app. Use runkeeper or strava to track your run. Then manually enter the stats in my asics to keep your progress and schema on the right track.

    Lost my data and didn't track my mileage correctly. Its good in concept, terrible execution. Sticking with mapmyrun.
