The my child’s eHealth record is not a replacement for the paper child personal health record.
The things you need before you can use this app:
• a child eHealth record. You need to register at eHealth.gov.au. Do this from a computer (you cannot register from a mobile phone)
• a myGov account. To access the Government’s online services use your myGov username and password to access the child’s eHealth record.
If you have previously registered with Australia.gov.au you will need to upgrade to a myGov account and accept the myGov terms and conditions before you can access the child’s eHealth record.
If you receive an “expired password” message when logging in to the app, go to myGov and change your password.

This mobile app is a collaborative initiative developed by the Australian Government and the National eHealth Transition Authority.

•state specific content in the app is being rolled out progressively, NSW and Tasmania are the first states
