My Diet Coach Tips is a women-addressed application that aims to offer motivation and advice to all those people who're experiencing problems when trying out diets.

The app presents sveral types of difficulties you might be facing: food craving, emotional eating, dining out, food temptation, family meal, workout laziness and other more psychological aspects like motivation facts.

Select your concern and learn tipes on how to overcome them.

InspiredApps (A.L) LTD is the developer of My Diet Coach Tips, an app designed to resist temptation and gain force of will to accomplish your objectives.

Download the pro version for more obstacles and specific diets. The idea is pretty good, but some of the tips are pretty bland and predictable, we don't know how much effect they can have.

    It is an easy app to figure out but I also think there is a lot of repetition in the links, multiple ways to accomplish the same task, which can be confusing at first. Also I wish that the barcode scanner recognized more natural foods, and that there was an option to create a food/recipe. Other then that I have lost 10 pounds in three weeks, so far so good!

    =Good stuff. Love all the different challenges that are preset and ones you can make yourself. Love the reminder feature! Wish you could create HH points for self created challenges though. It's easier to log your food than My Fitness Pal too.
