The app presents sveral types of difficulties you might be facing: food craving, emotional eating, dining out, food temptation, family meal, workout laziness and other more psychological aspects like motivation facts.

Download the pro version for more obstacles and specific diets. The idea is pretty good, but some of the tips are pretty bland and predictable, we don't know how much effect they can have.

    Says u earn points by doing good and it "rewards " u but u can like Facebook and get more points then by doing good? All u can do is click that u did something like drinking 8 glasses of water. Everything else you buy, it's not a diet app

    I love this app! It has reminders galore! And motivational tips for emotional eating or if your lazy to workout or craving sweets. Its just perfect for those that end up forgetting to drink enough or eat enough. Also for those who need that little encouragement cuz they keep caving in. Love!
