Definitely helps with keeping track of my seizures since I can't remember having them sometimes. I really like that it helps me keep a better record for my neurologist. I add side effects in the notes section when adding a seizure update.

I love it, but it is missing the "what triggered the seizure" post. It has it on the online diary, but not on the app.

Great app. It is wonderful to have one place to have all of your information. It gives me reminders when to take meds and east ways to not any differences by the touch of an icon of by typing in a quick note. It is always with me, unlike a journal that may not have on me and might forget to write stuff in. It is great lo look back and give your Drs. a good glimpse of what has been going on.

Love how it keeps everything so secure. Plus the fact of being able to look back and see when last seizure was, and medications.
