    Hello I've just downloaded the app and I got to explore the contents only once after downloading. Now when I open the application I'm required to restart the application and once it restarts it's just a black screen. I'm now completely unable to use this application at all.

    Shows you example exercises and tells you a target goal. Breaks down exercises into muscle categories. Good references.
