"Reject inactivity, lose weight, keep motivated"

What if losing weight were actually... fun?

Losing weight or getting fit is mostly power of will dressed with just a little of action. That's not a mystery anymore, you've read it a thousand of times. Since we all are capable to perform that a little action successfully, the great challenge is keeping us motivated to integrate workouts and healthy diet as a routine.

Fortunately, there are tools to help you achieve it. Nexercise is one of them. Logging and keeping you motivated. That's Nexercise's keystone.

Logging is mandatory to keep track of your progress. You can log any activity your workout is based on: running, Crossfit, Walking, Weightlifting... and many more. Track the time you spend doing it and the miles you complete. Your activity level may earn your rewards. Workouts give you XP and ranks. Activity days and total time, XP and rank is all displayed on a summary at Nexercise's home. You can resume activity whenever you want and check your progress on the Weight graph.

In order to keep you motivated, Nexercise adds a social layer. Thus, you can sign up with your favorite social network and invite friends to join your weight loss challenges. Exposure and competition with close friends is a good way to avoid you from dropping it. Thus, you will be able to check your friend's activity, like and comment their status to defy them or cheer them up.

Nexercise is set in a user-friendly and intuitive interface. It doesn't get lost among hundreds of features. It packs just the basic stuff to help you track, log and see summarized results. Although the tracking feature could go deeper by developing specific workout sheets depending on the activity, the social layers rounds up the app.

Installed and was assigned the default of five friends who are the developers. I was checking out their activity when I noticed discrepancies that make me wonder if the app, or the developers, create fake entries in an effort to motivate users to compete. There seems to be several activity times that overlap other activity times. Some are the same activites. Some are two different activities. Fake

I love using this app. I find that logging my weight daily keeps me motivated, and the variety of activities one can log is great. When I had a question that I submitted, I received a response from the Nexercise team within 24 hours and an answer within the timeline promised. I am completely thrilled!

This helps me exercise every day. The m points are a sweet way to add to the achievements. It does occasionally have tech gliches but it has gotten more stable recently, well enough for me to give it 5 stars. A few months ago when I was reinstalling weekly, I would not have done that. The bugs have been worked out.
