Noom Coach: Weight Loss helps you achieve your weight loss goals by monitoring exercise, tracking food and boost your motivation

Noom allows you to easily introduce weight loss plan, diet and workout routines and then monitor your progress.

You can log all of your food, even take pictures of your meals. What's that for? Because there's an online leaderboard to submit your progress, and where you can upload your pictures.

What's more, you can track any kind of exercise with GPS o pedometer, save your data and submit it to global leaderboards, Facebook and Twitter. It tracks both the distance and the calories burnt.

In addition, NCWL provides you with some diet and workout advise. You will be able to modify, update, and adapt your plan to your redefined goals whenever you want. It's highly configurable.

    I love this app. Would love it even more if I could upload my exercises online. This app is better than Runtastic, but I love that I can upload my exercises and view live exercises on Runtastic.

    The pedometer is horrific. I "walked" 181 steps while my phone was on the dresser. I also find the food scanner to be lacking. Aside from those, I love the app. It motivates, it helps me keep myself in check.
