Noom allows you to easily introduce weight loss plan, diet and workout routines and then monitor your progress.

You can log all of your food, even take pictures of your meals. What's that for? Because there's an online leaderboard to submit your progress, and where you can upload your pictures.

What's more, you can track any kind of exercise with GPS o pedometer, save your data and submit it to global leaderboards, Facebook and Twitter. It tracks both the distance and the calories burnt.

    I love this app. Would love it even more if I could upload my exercises online. This app is better than Runtastic, but I love that I can upload my exercises and view live exercises on Runtastic.

    One thing that I think would help motivate people: under history (with the exercise done in the last 7/30 days), include weight progress from the last 7/30 days (ex. Last 7 days: lost 1 lb)

    Was good before the last update. Logging food became difficult where pressing the plus button to add food will duplicate the previously added item even when a new one is selected. Need to repeat the process twice to get the required item. Pedometer is now counting much less steps than actual
