    I started to use noom a few months ago and gave up. Now I'm back and was considering the pro option but it's not there. Instead it's all on a subscription basis and a lot more expensive. There used to be a $30 lifetime pro membership. Now it's got ads eve

    I downloaded this app just to log my meals without having to carry around a notebook all the time. However, it proved to be a lot more useful than that. It counts calories, it has a built in pedometer, it also logs your exercises, it helps you set weight

    It's really a coach.. treats you on personal level catching up with your diet intake and workouts on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Sets weight loss targets for you along with anticipated time to reach that target based on daily progress. Awesome app
