    These are exactly the same techniques & sounds as the other pranayama breathing apps offered. The difference is an easier, cleaner interface & more asthetic backgrounds. While it is an excellent app for yogic breathing in general, the instructional emphasis is on general relaxation for a variety of reasons. It's also cheaper (as of June 2013).
