Configure the warmup time, interval distance, number of intervals, rest time between each interval, and hit start to begin your workout:

Number of Intervals -- 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
Interval Distance -- 100m, 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, 2km, 3km
Interval Rest Time (min:sec) -- 0:15, 0:30, 0:45, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 3:00
Audio cues instruct you when to run, when to rest, and give convenient notifications on distance and time remaining during active and rest intervals. The audio notifications are designed to interleave smoothly with your music, so you can continue to enjoy your favorite tunes.
