Scientific 7 Minutes Workout features a pack of high-intensity exercises to be complete in only 7 minutes
Scientific you said? Yes, the workout outlined in this App is based on the workout outlined in this article. The article says that "participants can repeat the 7-minute bout 2 to 3 times, depending on the amount of time they have". In other words, this is a healthy and efficient workout designed as a minimum exercise pack that is recommended to be repeated several times over time.
The workout features a 6 mins of work out time + 5 seconds break after each 30-seconds exercise. Thus, be ready to do jumping jacks, wall sits, push-ups, abdominal crunch, squats and up to 12 different exercises in only 6 minutes, resting only 5 seconds after each exercise. It sounds exhausting, isn't?. Yes, that's why it is called high-intensity workout. The app indicates when each exercises starts with a 5-seconds countdown a pic that shows how to carry it out and the 30 seconds count-down. At the bottom there's the global countdown (7 mins).
That's it. If you feel you actually can and have time enough to repeat the workout, do it! Repeating it 2-3 times is recommended. From settings you can enable or disable the workout voice and keep track of your progress thanks to a workout log.
Scientific 7 Minute Workout is the newest and most-advanced HICT (High-Intensity Circuit Training) app for Android! High-Intensity Circuit Training workouts are aimed at:
1) Burn the most fat in the least amount of time (it isn't called high-intensity for nothing)
2) Reducing the amount of time you workout to accommodate busy schedules
3) Uses bodyweight as resistance, meaning no equipment is required other than a chair

Scientific 7-minute Workout features the following:
✓ Set how long you want the breaks to be; with 5 second breaks at default, the overall exercise is exactly 6 mins 55 seconds (12 30-second exercises and 11 breaks), this can be increased or decreased
✓ Flat UI design, showing all completed exercises above the current exercise, and upcoming exercises directly below it
✓ Option to go back or skip forward to different exercises during the workout by scrolling up and down during the workout and tapping the exercise you want to go to
✓ 2 progress bars, one for the current 30-second exercise and one for the overall 6-minutes of working out (remember, what makes it a 7 minute workout is the breaks in between)
✓ Ability to pause during workout
Pro Features include:
✓ Complete Workout Log, showing you what days you have completed the workout and how many times
✓ Voice commands, telling you when to break and when to start which exercise; useful for if you don't want to look at your phone/tablet while working out
Notice that if you read the science article, it recommends the workout to be completed 2-3 times. This means it is understandable to start out at doing the workout one time through, but eventually you want to move up to at least 2 times through to maximize the effectiveness of the workout.
Article that the workout is based on:
• Updated pictures
• Updated voice commands, now calling out upcoming exercise after the break as well as when the current exercise is almost complete
• New settings

No sound in the free version makes it almost useless except as a preview for the pay version.
Very useful workout for a very short time exercise.
Without voice is useless
Does exactly what I want with no frills.
This workout is intense! I thought it would be easy or something haha nooo! I just did it I a, now all sweaty. Wow! This workout gets you going!
App is useless because it doesn't have any sound notifications. You have to constantly look at the screen, which doesn't make much sense for this kind of app. It could have at least beeps and/or ticking sound.
