As you sleep you go through various sleep cycles, ranging from light sleep through to deep sleep. This is reflected in the amount you move during the night: the lighter your sleep, the more movement, and the heavier your sleep, the less you move.
Using your phone’s inbuilt accelerometer, we can monitor this movement and work out which sleep phase you’re in. Our clever little app then analyses these sleep patterns and gives you feedback via an easy-to-follow graph. We’ll also give you a written summary of your sleep too.
