It's meant to be your personal trainer.
This simple application is intended to help us to achieve the goal we have set. Just in case you haven't noticed, this app is associated with the others made by this same developer.
First off, we're asked about how many sit-ups do we ultimately want to be able to do in a row. Then it asks you how many sit-ups you can do in a row and the app presents a set to do and the compulsory rests to take between . When we ended the app asked if we felt it was a easy, so-so or hard workout so it could adjust the exercise regimen based on how taxing you think the number of sit- ups were, and then it kindly remembered us to take a day of rest before the next workout.
Global progress is shown in a percentage bar. Don't lost your sight from your goal. Rittr Labs has specialized in fitness apps, neither of them are equivalent to other more complex cardio-apps, but to tell the truth, Sit-ups is free with no ads.
Think of the Sit Ups app as your personal fitness trainer that is going to help you build up the strength to complete those 100, 150, 200 or 250 continuous sit ups within a short few days or weeks, depending on your level of fitness.
Just like a real personal fitness trainer, the Sit Ups app adjusts the exercise regimen based on your feedback how taxing you think the individual exercises are. That way, you can continue towards your fitness goal at your very own pace.

Sure it might not have the stats that others havex but it's simple, its straight to the point, and overall very good.i love how it asks if you feel it easy or hard to adjust the next workout!
I used this app for the first time today and I really like it. It doesn't give u too much or too little to do its just right. It counts your break in between n let u adjust if it's to easy or hard!
Being using it for one day, and I been feeling like I'm getting a good work. Only the results will tell if it was worth using this app. Tbh if I don't show that Much improvement I'll still keep the app, it motivates me to finish my workout.
Crashes occur frequently
I use all 4 apps and do 8 workouts with them 5 minutes of stretching before then pull ups, chin ups, squats, lunges, push ups, dips, sit ups, crunches. In about 20 minutes you get a really decent work out. I do all of the secondary exercises during my rest time of the 4 apps and it works out fantastic. Hope this helps some people have fun!
Best app by far!! Im talking crazy far, so far I cant even see, now that's crazy farr :D
