Did you use the Free Version and want to transfer your saved workouts to Pro Version?
Two possible ways:

1. Start Workoutdiary Free und press the Button "Upgrad Pro Version"
A backup of your data is saved on SD-Card. At startup of the Workoutdiary Pro the backup can easily restored.

2. Start Workoutdiary Free an open the option menu. Now press "save database".
Then start Workoutdiary Pro, open the option menu once again and press "restore database".

Now your data is restored and you can start your next workout!
