    If I go to bed at 9pm I should wake up at 3am? Are you real. Depends on what you have done during the day, workload, housewotk etc.

    So,... add some multiple of 90 minutes to the time you go to sleep. Why would I need an app for that??

    Use it everyday without fail. Makes waking up early that much easier
