Compatibility

For the Augmented Reality (AR) Visualizer to give an acceptable user experience it needs the help of on-board movement sensors which some devices (even recent ones from leading manufacturers) do not have. Where those sensors or other hardware components are unable to support the AR Visualizer on your device we have provided an alternative Photo Visualizer which allows you to enjoy the same experience with a static image of your room.

Android smartphone / tablet technical requirements:
• 1.2 GHz CPU (Dual-core).
• Adreno 220 or later, ARM Mali 400 or later, or PowerVR SGXMP GPU.
• Full Support for the ARM NEON general purpose SIMD engine
• 1024 MB RAM
• Camera – 5mp, 720p video at 30fps
• HW Sensors: Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetic Field
• Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread), API Level 10+

Picking the exact right shade somewhere between cream and dark stone to go nicely with Pugin Red was getting very tricky. In the first few minutes of trying this app on Galaxy S2 I've already found 2 colours that work quite nicely :) Adding that after the November update it no longer worked and crashed the screen every time I tried to use it. Delighted to find that uninstalling the app, rebooting

Such a good application. You don't need to spend alot of money in the shops now buying tester pots and then coming home to paint the walls with them. Just a couple of quick easy steps and you can see so many colours and then try them on your walls. I think I would have made a good few mistakes if I hadn't got this application.

It is a great idea, but using the tape made it difficult to make the tape line accurate. I have neurological disabilities, and I have tremors, so please take my review with a grain of salt.

This is great to give you n idea of experimenting with virtual colours on plain walls using Samsung s5. The downside is light in the room affects the actual virtual colour on wall. Two walls next to each other and paint is totally different colours. You have to use your judgement on which colour it is most likely to be between the two. I still like this app but think it's early days and room for
