This app is great for me, as I can hear the alarm over the TV, or keep my phone close so it doesn't wake up the baby.

It's a nice enough visual and audible timer... However: (1) A timer app that allows the screen to turn off isn't useful and nor is (2) the silent alarm tone default; a custom egg-timer alarm would fit the "kitchen tool" concept. Some improvement needed.
