I bought a PRTHW-TS for a new oil boiler. Local electrician read the manual and had no problems connecting it up. I found USB set up of unit easy - no probs connecting to house wifi. I had a problem initially with my Netgear router because it's facto

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews. This app is very poorly designed with one of the most unintuitive user interfaces I have seen in a long time. The functionality is very basic with no obvious way to switch the thermostat on/off or to

It works great, yes it takes ages to set up, and I've given up with forwarding ip address to router so I can connect with 3g, but app is easy to use, fast and works better then the stat display control itself, it could do with a hot water timer so you ca

I couldn't recommend this as a heating control for domestic. Not having static ip makes it unreliable and even when using static ip struggling to connect phone 50% of time. A server based option would be easier to set up for most people without computer

For LAN and especially WAN connectivity it would be much better to specify a DNS name since many residential broadband customer lack a static IP address and use dynamic DNS.

This app is designed to work with a expensive high end consumer product to control your hot water and heating. Firstly the hardware is not suitable to install for the average diyer or average joe plumber - it is currently an immature product. The App is

Can link up while at home and from afar via internet but not with this app. The app is poorly constructed and doesn't give any feedback as to the reason for failed connection to the wall unit. Sometimes by taking out the WAN value can yield a connecti

Took a few hours to set it all up including getting the thermostat correctly connecting to the router. The difficult part is the port forwarding and setting up a dynamic dns hostname. Once that was all done I had no problems at all getting this app to wo
