Worked perfectly on my S3, but since I got an S3 LTE it just will not save my settings. Very disappointed in this ...

App seems pretty good, maybe a touch fragile (doesn't always connect first time), a status bar on the login screen would be useful so you can see if it's connecting/connected/authenticating. Once you're in the app you can't see when the last update was received, a text box telling you this would bed very useful.

Took me 3 days to get working. Even their tech support failed and told me to phone Orange. Instructions that come with hardware did not work for me. If you understand how to change router settings you stand a reasonable chance.

App occasionally crashes but works well. Comments saying static ip needed is wrong. Dynamic dns works perfect, i use remotely with no static ip.

Tidy app but I feel would benefit with less features. But please update the hardware firmware so as to avoid static ip's. I am an installer and have no problems but getting a customer to source a static ip or change isp for static ip. Get real!!!

This app works perfect when you are in your own WiFi network. However when out of site, even when the external IP address has not changed it fails to connect. It seems that there is a timer somewhere that reports as "connection error" when the connection is not achieved quick enough. If this timeout parameter could be adjusted the app would work far better.

For LAN and especially WAN connectivity it would be much better to specify a DNS name since many residential broadband customer lack a static IP address and use dynamic DNS.

I bought a PRTHW-TS for a new oil boiler. Local electrician read the manual and had no problems connecting it up. I found USB set up of unit easy - no probs connecting to house wifi. I had a problem initially with my Netgear router because it's factory default meant it was going to sleep after a while - easily fixed by changing the router settings, and not (as I first thought) a problem with

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews. This app is very poorly designed with one of the most unintuitive user interfaces I have seen in a long time. The functionality is very basic with no obvious way to switch the thermostat on/off or to actually apply settings. The app feels unresponsive due to a poorly implemented timer with no feedback to the user that it is updating or last u

It works great, yes it takes ages to set up, and I've given up with forwarding ip address to router so I can connect with 3g, but app is easy to use, fast and works better then the stat display control itself, it could do with a hot water timer so you can put the hot water on for. 10 min as I only heat the hot water up for when I need it and the cylinder takes about 10 min to fully heat up.

I couldn't recommend this as a heating control for domestic. Not having static ip makes it unreliable and even when using static ip struggling to connect phone 50% of time. A server based option would be easier to set up for most people without computer skills and easier to trouble shoot connectivity issues as there are ti many variable s to controll I.e phone signal. Home network routers and th

This app is designed to work with a expensive high end consumer product to control your hot water and heating. Firstly the hardware is not suitable to install for the average diyer or average joe plumber - it is currently an immature product. The App is even worse complemented by a company who fails to respond to these reviews. My recommendation to the Directors is to spend more on product and l

Could do with some polish though, and bug-fixes: - FC occurs about every 3rd time you launch, and also every time you move between Wifi and WAN (logs/report sent) - Needs to me more resilient connection-wise, and show better errors when connections fail. - Can't hide the "Demo" entry on the first screen - if I only have one thermostat I don't expect to have to pick it from a list when launchin
