Ice Edge Café started out in August 2009 using our own unique recipes and premium ingredients to create gelato.
Desserts are specially created by our chefs to enhance the experience of tasting artisan gelato. Brownies, Lava cakes & Waffles are some of the desserts we do that are very popular with customers. Having freshly made desserts is not enough, we want our customers to have a complete meal - to tuck into sumptuous food and finish off with our gelato & dessert.
With that in mind, we have since expanded our menu & introduce traditional Italian & Western cuisines to complete the Ice Edge experience.
We make sauces from scratch, using the freshest ingredients available, not depending on readymade sauces that are easily obtained in the market. These sauces include: tartar sauce, honey mustard, black pepper, BBQ tomato, butter cream, mushroom sauce and many more.
We also make our own pizza dough and garlic bread. Why then do we do all these when there are many readymade ones that are easily available & affordable in the market ? We do all these from scratch because we want to ensure the quality of our food, that only the freshest ingredients are used.
