    It's a simple way to record your mood and to see a trend over time. Useful for bipolar people like me. Useful tool to take into the doctors office and make a difference. Thanks guys.

    I use this app to go over my moods with my counselor. You can print it out and everything. It even does graphs. Good for anyone, especially women. Can help you to see your cycle of moods as they relate to your menstrual cycle.
