JDIFF 2012



Ireland’s premier feature film festival is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, and is one of the key events on the Irish cultural calendar and Ireland’s most important film event. JDIFF is a citywide event that takes place in Dublin each February presenting eleven days of movie magic. Each year the festival presents a star studded cast of international talent bringing the glitz and glamour of the red carpet to the capital city. The festival presents a world class programme of over 140 films from 30 countries worldwide ensuring the there is a film for everyone from the delightful to the diverse to the downright daring. JDIFF offers a unique opportunity to engage in the art of cinema by presenting a festival programme packed with gala screenings, Irish, European and World premieres, after-show parties and big name public interviews as well as chance to meet the filmmakers one to one at panel discussions and Q&A sessions.
