Make It or Break It is an application to help you modify habits in your life. Whether you want to quit smoking or start an exercise routine, this application can help you by gradually increasing or decreasing your habits over a time span of your choosing. By entering in the Habit information and when you allow yourself to participate in those habits, this application will alert you when the next habit event should occur.

    It's a shame this app only focuses on habits, as I was looking for an app which could be a kind of agenda for life including goals, tasks, projects, values, etc. However, out of all the apps that deal with habits, this one is THE one to go for. Frequency

    I tried some 5 other apps. Not the best interface, but, the habit matters :d But, I would love to see an option for a less intrusive alarm Because when not near phone, The alarm will keep the screen activated, And this is no fun for the battery
