The My Resident Network Mobile App (MRN) gives you the ability to view and pay your rent, and any other associated charges like utilities, in a convenient and simple fashion. MRN brings all the functionality of our award winning online resident portal directly to your mobile device. MRN is a cutting edge mobile app that gives you an “anytime, anywhere” approach to viewing and paying your monthly rent and utility charges. Additionally, residents can view important community information, such as leasing office hours, management contact information, and different events that are taking place. Also, residents can submit maintenance requests via the My Property Request feature and get updates via push, text, or email on the status of their most recent request.*

    Just registered and as soon as I put in my log in info and hit sign in I get an Oops! You have been logged out. Going back to how I usually pay rent.

    It does not let me log in. Awful. Even if it did let me log in, the web version is terrible too. It makes you pay a service fee to pay your rent by the month. To avoid the fee, you can have them take the entire rent out monthly. However, you cannot split the amount between roommates - it has to take the full amount. Come on, figure it out Ocius. I am just going to walk my check to the leasing ce

    It wouldn't let me log in with the same ID and password I use to access the app from my home PC, but instead made me re-register. Once I finally got in, it was showing my rent due for Februaruy 2014... it should be showing April 2014 rent due. Oh how quickly I forget why I removed it from my cell phone the first time.

    This is the only means to pay my rent online without a ridiculous 'portal fee' and the app doesn't function. Don't bother wasting your time with this. Write a paper check and make them wait for the funds. Welcome back to the dark ages. What a complete waste. I'd give this 0 stars if I could.
