I only use it to fil prescriptions. Could be more user-friendly. Have to go to Wellness card, log in, then go back to main menu, then to prescriptions, then select fill from history from that menu - and that's the fastest way I've found

This app is stupid simple as compared to the agony of trying to order using Rite Aid's automated phone system. Three clicks and you're done! If the meth heads ever adopt this system we're going to have to re-start the War on Drugs!

I figured it would have an option to display my wellness card barcode to be scanned at checkout. Common sense, right? Nope. Just uninstalled and ended up using Google Wallet instead. If you don't use the pharmacy feature or care about tracking your wellness points (the rewards are crap anyways) then there's nothing useful here.

Probably the most outdated app in existence.

Load to card has never been available yet...too many functions I still have to look up on the computer.

You can't have family accounts, can't archive medications, there is not much information on the medications such as the doctor or last day it was filled. I asked the pharmacist to remove the prescriptions I do not take and she did and cancelled the refills but they still show as ready to be filled and still are on my screen whether online or on the app. Fix this nonsense or I'm switching back to C
