    Since I started listening to this hypnosis, almost 6 months ago, I've seen so many positive changes in my life! Least of which, is that I no longer have insomnia! In addition, I haven't had a panic attack in 4 months and I've started exercising and taking care of myself in a healthy manner!     I love it. Best used at your normal bedtime. Dont know if its the sound of his voice that bored the kids to sleep but it works. My 3 kids were out like a light very quickly. Worked well for me too
