Wild, but yeah. When I don't use it and have to wake up at 3:30, I'm groggy and hit snooze until 4. When I do use it I wake up around 3:30 (I use go to sleep now) I'm alert and able to get moving right away.

I have idiopathic hypersomnia and sleep apnea. Waking feeling 'refreshed' has always been a challenge for me, but this app gets me much closer than sleep aids (melatonin, chamomile, valerian root, etc.) have thus far. I find this app very easy to use and by following it's recommended sleep times I awake refreshed & ready to tackle the new day! I suggest you give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

You don't get very much from upgrading to plus. It never amounts to much more than an addition calculator. Still, this app promotes awareness of the complexities of sleep cycles. It's still not as simple as "sleep in periods of minutes divisible by 90" But this is a step in the right direction for some people who just think more sleep is better.
