Then I thought I will need an app for this and Smokatistic became a reality.
Since I started using the app myself I have gone down from 20 something cigarettes a day to a maximum of 10 and held it at that level for several weeks now.
The app is simple and user friendly. You only need to add the widget to your Home screen and click the cigarette icon each time you smoke a cigarette.
If you want to cut down or maybe even quit smoking all together this is a must have app for helping you on the first steps.
