This application is to prevent imbalance of your inner rhythms by entraining your physical and mental rhythms to outer periodic stimulations.

This application uses the vibrator of your Smartphone for stimulation to bring entrainment.
Entrainment rhythm can be adjusted in 10 levels.
You can prevent to get nervous in such occasion as you make presentation in front of others.
For this purpose, you set the rhythm from the level 3 to 7 (equal to the heart rate when you are relaxed) and put your phone in your breast pocket.
At the rhythm below the level 3, you can get mental relaxation. At the level higher than that, you can increase your concentration.
When you want to be relaxed before sleep or when you want to alleviate your anxiety and depression, chose lower levels and place it where you fell a little vibration.
When you want to concentrate during long time drive, chose higher levels and put it on the place you can hear the vibration.
