Read psalms daily and get inspired

Uplifting Psalms Daily Bible is a homescreen widget that allows you to read bible psalms daily directly in your phone. The Psalms come from the old testament and might help you get by the day.

You just need to install it by long pressing on the homescreen and selecting the widget. When you tap on it, you'll be able to read the psalm in an expanded version and switch between the English Standard Version or a classic King James translation, whichever you prefer. You can see other verses by swiping left or right and it's also possible to share your favorite verses with your friends: via sms, Facebook, Google + or Twitter.

If you enjoy reading bible verses and want to get inspired by psalms, you should really download this app by RobotiCode Ltd, along with other similar applications created by them. The design is very basic and could be improved, but overall it works well and the verse selection is quite good.

Are you a Christian who wants to be uplifted and renewed by reading the Bible daily?

Uplifting Psalms Daily is a Home screen Widget, and daily notification that delivers beautiful and poetic Psalms to your phone daily. An attractive small or large Widget that shows a verse each day from a large selection picked from the Bible, each of which are Psalms from the Old Testament, just as relevant and useful in life today as when they were written.

These are best read alongside a verse from our 'Identity in Christ Daily' or 'Words of Jesus Daily' for a good daily balance of scripture.

Switch between the English Standard Version (ESV) or a classic King James (KJV) translation, to give excellent readability.

Clicking on your verse for the day shows an expanded view which allows you to focus in on the verse and choose from links to other translations online, or see the whole chapter. And if you need further uplifting reading, simply click to see the next verse as well!

You can also 'Share with a friend' at the click of a button, and send the verse straight to them via an email, SMS text message, or copy to clipboard (to paste to Facebook, Google+ or Twitter for example). Share the blessing of a Bible verse with them too!

The optional notification can be shown each day alongside your daily tasks and appointments in the Notification Bar.
