WakeVoice is an alarm clock with added-value guaranteed by a pack of interesting features
This is the paid version of WakeVoice which has no restrictions on ring-times (+10) and alarms.
Yes, the mission of an alarm clock is wake us up. However, the way how they do it matters. WakeVoice has come with extra-features to help you out with the difficult issue of waking up every morning and get sharp to work.
Besides the classic alarm clock features: list a personalized alarm, daily, weekly, meeting advices, alarm tones, snooze, delay and repetition, WakeVoice wanted to offer some interesting added-value features.
First off, regarding voice. It supports both, voice recognition and Speech-to-Text (TTS). Voice recognition allows you to record your own voice as a way to stop the alarm, snooze or postpone. Speech-to-Text allows the app to read some info that you will get every morning if you set it.
That info can be the horoscope, news (even RSS imported), google calendar or even your city weather. This way, you can wake up in the right way, knowing what happened while you were sleeping or guessing what's expected to happen. You can even choose the language you want this info to be displayed.
What's more, you can set lot of performance details: phone buttons behaviour, set dock mode or night mode as screensaver, set volumes, repetition time... among others.
The interface is sober but attractive. Sincerely, one of the best alarm clocks we've reviewed so far regarding features and customization. Sleepers, it's time to wake up.

Much more than a simple alarm clock, WakeVoice lets you interact with your phone using your voice:
- Talk to it with custom commands to stop the alarm or activate the snooze option
- Listen to your phone telling you about the weather, news of your choice or a personalized message while staying warm in your bed
Waking up is not an easy thing for you? You have never found the alarm clock you needed?
Why not try WakeVoice!
WakeVoice can overcome the negative aspect associated to regular alarm clocks, making your morning funnier and less difficult.
The idea is simple: when the alarm rings, you just have to talk to WakeVoice to stop the alarm or activate the reminder.
But that's not all!
Once the ringing stopped, it's your phone's turn to talk to you.
Customizable messages, weather of the day, news of your choice (RSS)... choose what you want to hear.
Add to that all the settings imaginable on a clock (programming various alarms over several days, setting names, volume, times...) and you get WakeVoice, the most innovative alarm clock that you can find on the Android market.
So now, with WakeVoice, you won't be angry anymore when you'll be waking up :)
- If you have a Sony Xperia device with Stamina mode enabled, please allow WakeVoice in the whitelist of the Stamina mode otherwise it will prevent alarms to ring
- Don't force app2sd with WakeVoice. It's not recommended by Google for an alarm clock app. Furthermore, you'll have issues with Play Store updates.
If you have any issue, please report them at firstname.lastname@example.org (you can also use the button directly in the app's settings)
- Fix: issue with our weather provider. A new one has been implemented
- No more licence checking
- Do not hesitate to disable and enable again all your alarms to prevent any update issue
- Various bug fixes

Works great except for the test to speech. I keep getting a message saying that it's unreachable on my Evo and/or Epic. Wrote developer but haven't received help.
Love the app, but after 12 noon setting alarms from the app itself will be 12 hours off. Google now sets the time right though. I am using 24 hour military time.
I bought WakeVoice because the stock alarm for the note 4 does not have voice recognition for the "Stop" and "Snooze" commands. The voice recognition on this app is awful, it rarely works when I yell "snooze" or "stop". Also there's no widget which is dissapointing. I will revise my rating when and if these problems are fixed in a future update.
Since the interface was updated early in the year the radio feature has not worked. I've tried other stations besides just my favorite station. No go.
This app is excellent. If you want an app which speaks the weather and your daily calendar events, this is the one to go for. Weather info. is accurate. Easy to set up. Customer service is 1st class. Recommended.
Not only do I love this app, I love the customer service. Sometimes glitches happen and here they are handled quickly. They stick with you until they are sure it is working right. They are even nice when you are cranky. Sorry guys!
I find that after a few days it stops displaying the alarm screen nor the setup screens which makes it extremely difficult to silence an alarm. A reboot will clear the problem as well as deleting the data via application manager. Today first alarm works, second fails. Went into setup and set time to a couple of minutes forward and it works. Unreliable so need to find something else. Needs weather
