We are here to serve you in any way we possible can, whether it’s for your own vehicle or for your company’s fleet. We have the experience and equipment to complete a wide range of services to ensure your automotive experience is a happy one.
Experience - Our ASE Certified technicians and ASE Master Technicians have over 115 years combined experience in the automotive industry. We have experience with domestic and foreign cars, trucks, vans, luxury, and services vehicles of all makes and models.
What Does ASE Mean? The independent, non-profit, National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) conducts the only industry wide, national certification program for automotive technicians. ASE certifies the competency of individual technicians through a series of standardized specialty exams (brakes, steering & suspension engine repair, etc.).
Tests are conducted twice a year at over 600 locations around the country and are administered by the American College Testing. The exams stress real-world diagnostic and repair, not theory. They are not easy; one of three test-takers fails. For those who pass, certification is valid for 5 years.
To remain certified, technicians must be re-tested every 5 years. Consumers benefit from ASE certification. It is a valuable yard stick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians as well as the commitment to quality of the repair facility employing ASE certified technicians.
NAPA Auto Care - Being a Napa Auto Care Center means we meet the rigorous standards of the NAPA AutoCare Program. An approved shop must meet standards for “community reputation, integrity, qualifications, and expertise.” Being a NAPA AutoCare Center also means offering the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty, which covers qualifying repairs for 12-months/12,000 miles.

The anatomy of an oil change
The old 10-minute oil change and lube days are long gone. Today’s oil services still include changing the oil filter and draining and refilling the motor oil. As well as this, our technicians will also carry out a multipoint inspection including the following elements:
Brakes, Wheels, Suspensions, Lights, Wipers, Filters. This helps to guard against any nasty surprises “down the road” and to keep your vehicle in good working order.
As you might expect from a quality automobile service establishment, Specialty Car Services is pleased to offer the choice of Synthetic and Regular oil. Although Synthetic oil is more expensive, customers report much better gas mileage thanks to making the switch.
