Server errors all the time. Have never logged in. A half-baked, neglected service.

    App opens and then closes.

This has to be one of the worst applications I have seen from a major company. One day it works fine, the next it doesn't work at all. Error messages are moronic and provide no useful information. Pandora connection was working great for months, now won't work 90% of the time. When it does work, it plays one or two songs and then freezes. The app locks saying the vehicle is in motion even when I am parked in my garage. This makes troubleshooting the problems nearly impossible. I am going this weekend to trade my Jeep for another brand of vehicle that doesn't depend on Uconnect, because I am done dealing with this poorly programmed application.

The new update locked me out. Unable to get it to come back???!! Contacted by team. Advised to log out, then back in. That made it work again.

Everything worked fine during my free trial. As soon as I paid for a year the app locks my phone most times. One time I did get it to open it told me the remote start didn't work but lo and behold my vehicle was running. I will be trying to cancel this service and get my money back when I get home

Awesome when it works but most of the time I have to take my phone out, uncheck phone data, recheck it for the app to connect to my car. App also logs me it saying there's a multiple logon conflict. Pretty sure it's from the app connecting to my Wi-Fi sitting in the garage and then as I drive away it connects to LTE.
