Gmote 2.0 Donate let's you use your Android as a remote control for your computer

This is Donate version of Gmote 2.0 ($2.99). It doesn't contains any extra features. The fare is just to help the developers to improve the app. We're missing though something else for donors.

Gmote 2.0 Donate is one of those apps that add a new functionality to your Android. This time it turns into a remote control that will allow you to control music and video players at a distance (over 3G/4G/WiFi). Probably this will be its main purpose, but it isn't the only thing you can perform with it. You can control also PowerPoint or any other image slide shows, navigate and launch websites from phone, or use the touchpad/keyboard of your phone in your computer. That means comprehensive input control from your phone to your computer. It has to be said that it supports PC and Linux. Easy, reliable and 100% worthy.

Gmote 2.0 has been developed by Marc Stogaitis & Mimi Sun, an emerging developer who has launched few apps on the market, but who's reaching quite success thanks to this one, Gmote 2.0.

I really enjoy using this to control my computer while I am watching netflix or other movies on the family tv. Setup is pretty easy and their instructions are very helpful if you have problems.

I bought the donate app to show my support but it's the same app.. Still requires you to manually remove ads and still asks you to purchase donate app. At least make us feel special by making a seperate app with no ads and a thank you msg that acknowledges I'm supporting the cause

I too bought this because the option to just kill the ads in the free version is there. And because its a cool ap... Second one i ever bought... Only thing i would like to see is when you choose your song/movie, and you go back, you go back to your song list, not back to the directory choice.... Nice ap, thx

Of all the things that I've done as a sysadmin nothing has impressed people as much as my ability to remotely control the conference room computer from my phone. I laugh only to keep from weeping.
