I get the following error when trying to play a movie I downloaded. "There was a problem while playing ". I also can't stream movies on my device.

Since all of the lame material design updates started rolling out I've been unable to access my library. I was trying to give it time for a bug fix to come along, but it's been like a month now. If I can't watch the movies that I've paid for, can I get a refund? Seems kind of shady to sell a product that can't be used, just saying.....

If I purchase a movie, I expect to be able to have a copy locally, regardless of the platform I am using. Google should not have full authority over my purchased items, and only allow "certain" OS's to download. I have turned back to iTunes, which allows a download, regardless of whether the platform is PC, Mac, or other. When Google allows purchased movies and TV downloads to PC, I will try ag

Doesn't play movies after updating my phone. I downloaded a movie and it still couldn't play. Says "error[-38]" or something like that.
