I relied on this to keep my family pictures and videos safe. All of the sudden, over 1000 pictures and videos are gone. Irretrievable and irreplaceable. Thanks vaulty staff for loosing what I can't replace

Normally when I launch vaulty, it requests me to enter my password. However, when I enter the first two letters of my password, word suggestions display my password. Thus, security is not really high.
