As bad as most Buffalo software and support. It's what I've come to expect from Buffalo. Seem like nice products but nothing works right.

I didn't even finish installing it when I read the comments and saw the pics. I ended adding the share in my usual ES File Explorer. If you already have uPnP or port 9000 fwd in your router and work around your dynIP with no-ip or similar, you can access the share with any smb/ftp/sftp client. You don't need this app.

Using on Galaxy S4. Bought my NAS last year for the webaccess feature. App never worked well. Only 25% of the features at best and automatic upload never worked. The only new update comes out a YEAR LATER and it doesn't work AT ALL! Can't even add or access my NAS. Just awful support. False advertising on product capabilities. Sucks

Doesn't work. The app freezes before it even finds a NAS. Doesn't get the basics right. Please Buffalo, fix this! It is a must nowadays. On Samsung galaxy s4.
