As a Chaplain I would like to be able to see Religion under Demographics and Contact info.

... several issues remain where it's not as good as iOS version: 1) there's no default sort order that you can set - it resets to name every login. 2) There isn't a clear way to add/remove patients to the working list. Appreciate the ability to forward results now, as well as write short notes. Addending other notes still not possible, and vitals information buried in the Encounter information,

I was so looking forward to use the application and then reality struck. Forget about the fact that you can not write notes or place orders. What really got me was you can't see your shared or pended notes. Will continue to use Citrix receiver.

I have no problem setting up users and getting them access to the system, however the differences in functionality between IOS and Android are tremendous. There needs to be more consistency between these two applications.

There is no menu button from the application not installed on Android, and thus I cannot download institution environment. It does not work.

Would be nice if you could review orders in the patient's chart as well

On Kit Kat you have to press and hold the left button on home screen to get the settings to put your institution information in!!

Has lots of potential. Mainly functions as a review tool. Our IT people say we should be able to document, eperscribe, and dictate in the future. For S5 users, you can access settings by tapping and holding the ap switch button.

Initially couldn't log in after upgrading to the s5 since the menu button changed to point to the recent apps. I recently found that you have to press and hold the button to get the normal menu button (settings) and complete setup with new install ID#.

Using the one for android I cannot take pictures and upload to the chart. I constantly get a server error message whenever I try to save the photo. Never had that problem using it on the iPhone. The only reason i use haiku is so don't have to have patient pictures on my phone.

Can't log on. I contacted my institutional help desk, and they said everything was fine on their end. They suggested I buy an iPad. I suggest epic gets their act together.
