This update resolves the issue some users had opening the app, plus some UI improvements and minor bug fixes.
This update fixes the issue that some users were having downloading the app. All of the individual audio and video files can now be downloaded seperately from within the app. This reduces the overall size of the application and allows users to download and delete files according to their needs.

I used this app for a recurrent and episodic medical condition. After its use, my healing time was literally cut in half!! I believe that provide the needed relaxation in order for me to allow my body to heal. Thank you!

Darren Marks hypnosis, and the routines in this app in particular, are amazing. I can feel the healing energy moving in my body and can feel my muscles relaxing in line with his recording. this has been very helfpul for me some nights when cramps and tens
