In an emergency, ever wish your critical health information could be sent to the emergency room before you arrived? With this app developed with the help of EMS and exclusively for the Michiana community (Northern Indiana / Southwest Michigan) first responders can quickly view and listen to your medical information. And with a push of a button, your information can be sent to any participating hospital's ER, so they can be prepared before you arrive.
Recently changed in this version:
The ICE Michiana network now offers 6 ER locations including Community Hospital of Bremen, IU Health Goshen, IU Health Starke, SJ Med Mishawaka, SJ Med Plymouth and Woodlawn.

Would be nice if you had the option to place the contact bar at the top or bottom of wallpaper. It is covered by my lock bar in all options with it being at the bottom of my screen.
